I made sushi for my very first time. Yay for me! My first roll was okay but I definitely did better with my second roll. I had everything but the bamboo mat to roll my sushi and I wasn't going to rush to a store for that one thing. Instead I used a bamboo place mat...yes a place mat! It was slightly larger but it worked. These sushi rolls do look pretty, I think.

lol, that is why I made sushi! I wanted to by the already made sushi every time I went to the grocery store but it is always so expensive. I finally made my own!
