I found out from a friend that there are Farmer Markets out here. I've always loved the one back home but out here there are much more fruits and veggies to choose from, even though I got the basics from this visit, maybe next time I'll grab some of the different items. I'm a little unsure on how to prepare some of them. Anyway, I think the fresh fruits and veggies out here taste a whole lot better than back home. I bought all these veggies for about $7.00! My display is cheesy, I know. I'm all about presentation which can be annoying I guess. I made a yummy dish of eggplant stir-fry last night. So good!
