Our holiday weekend was a blast! Chris finally had the entire holiday weekend off and since it had been so long we've had a weekend like this we couldn't really think of anything to do! Well we did go to the America Fest at the air base on the 4th of July. The day was beautiful and hot. The festival had some yummy food and game booths, and a display of both American and Japanese aircrafts. The night ended with an exciting display of fireworks.

We both enjoyed massive turkey drumsticks for dinner. I've never had one before. They were delicious!

Remember Transformers? This is the helicopter (UH-53) that was used in the Transformers movie. Ha, can you imagine this thing transforming into a robot?! This guy was big! I'm such a geek.
